Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau Expands Miami Spa Month Program to Include More Treatment Options (July 1, 2014) – Starting today and through August 31, 2014, residents and visitors to Greater Miami and The Beaches can indulge in discounted prices at 36 area premiere spas participating in Miami Spa Month. The annual event, created seven years ago by The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) as part of its year-long Temptations program, continues to be a popular summer promotion that showcases some of the area’s world-renowned luxury spas.  Spa offerings, normally valued at $199 or more, will now be available at two price points: $99 and $129.  And, spa fans that follow and share #MiamiSpa Month Twitter or Facebook will have an opportunity to win great prizes during July and August.

"Summer in Greater Miami and The Beaches truly sizzles with special promotions like Miami Spa Month, which overlaps with Miami Spice, our restaurant promotion, during August,” said GMCVB President and CEO William D. Talbert, III, CDME. “Visitors are attracted to special savings at world class spas and gourmet restaurants, and are planning their vacations to coincide with these events. At the same time, more and more residents are taking advantage of these incredible opportunities to get pampered for less in their own backyard.”
